Yoga Classes

At Awaken Within Studio

Our Kundalini Yoga offerings are designed to support deep energetic alignment, nervous system awakening, and a return to inner stillness through breath, movement, and meditative practice. Classes are facilitated by Chris Smith, who teaches every Saturday from 8:30am-10:00 am, guiding students through practices that help activate life force energy while cultivating presence, clarity, and balance. Alongside our weekly Kundalini classes we will also be expanding our schedule to include additional yoga offerings, creating a diverse and supportive space for students at all levels to explore movement, healing an embodiment within the studio.
