Awaken Within

“The Somatic Channeling workshop changed the way I perceived energy in my own field. Jenn holding space for me allowed another level of healing to come through. I feel empowered and encouraged to see myself as my own healer, innate and sacred.

I highly recommend anyone who is on the healing journey or curious about working with their energy field to consider Somatic Channeling as a personal healing modality. It is a direct link to communicating with your higher self. I feel a greater sense of connection and relationship with Source Consciousness. Jenn’s guidance, patience and presence is so comforting and reassuring.”

“Taking Jenn’s Somatic Channeling Workshop was such an inspiring experience. Jenn shares her knowledge in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and empowering. I also loved connecting with so many like minded people through the workshop, it created such a safe and encouraging space to learn and grow.

The experience helped me go inward and deepen my connection with myself in ways I wasn’t expecting. Since taking the workshop, I’ve noticed meaningful shifts in my life, including feeling more connected to my intuition and approaching things with a greater awareness and trust. I’m so grateful for everything I learned and would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to deepen their relationship with themselves and explore somatic channeling.”
