On Sunday, March 29.. we open an intimate container at Awaken Within Studio.

Only 10 Women.

Jenn will guide us through a sacred cacao ceremony.. softening the heart and opening the energetic field.

Jessica, our trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, will gently guide you through a powerful breath journey - creating safety for the body to release what it’s been holding.

Then we move into Spinal Energetics.. led by Jenn, where the spine awakens and your innate intelligence begins to reorganize.

You will receive Divine Channeled Energy.. the frequency will move exactly where it’s needed.

And we close in Ecstatic Dance. Fully embodied, fully expressed.

This is a sisterhood, an activation, and a remembrance all in one.
